When Megan founded Crown in 2019, the idea was simple: build a program that played like a family and looked like a brand. Three years and six custom kits later, Crown is one of the most recognizable identities in Texas volleyball.

Q. What was missing in volleyball apparel when you started Crown?
"Everything looked like everything else. We'd order from the big brands and the box would arrive looking like the catalog. There was no sense of us. So we started designing alongside Three Queens — and that's when the program changed."
Q. What does the partnership look like now?
"It's a conversation. We send a feeling, they send a proof. We change two things, they send the next. Forty-eight hours and we're approving. That speed is everything for a club director."
