Three Queens Design Company was founded by a successful volleyball club director who spent more than a decade watching clubs settle for templated uniforms that looked exactly like everyone else's.

We don't believe a jersey is a piece of apparel. We believe it's the first thing a player puts on that tells her she belongs to something — and the last thing she remembers about a season.
